Successfully Onboarding Senior Recruits

I was delighted to be asked recently by a colleague for my thoughts and tips on how to successfully onboard and integrate senior appointees. In most companies, senior appointments are a rarity and even where companies have established processes for onboarding staff, these are often considered overbearing or not quite right for those in senior positions; it’s not uncommon for them to just be left to their own devices because they should know what they’re doing.
Corine has collated the thoughts of a number of her colleagues to create an Ultimate Guide to Onboarding and Integrating Senior Recruits and to accompany this, an Onboarding Checklist, which are a must-read for anyone appointing or having recently appointed a senior member of their team.
