Government Consultation on Workplace Laws for Domestic Abuse Survivors

Earlier today the Government announced that is is seeking views from industry about how best to use employment law to support those who are subjected to domestic abuse.
Things being considered will be the possibility to work flexibly and be able to take unplanned leave as well as perhaps employers being able to make salary payments into a different bank account or even making emergency salary payments.
Submissions for consideration need to be made by 9th September 2020
